Three-day book fair organized in Islamabad

Three-day book fair organized in Islamabad: ISLAMABAD – The Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Administration organized a three-day book fair at the Islamabad Public Library with the aim of promoting book reading.

The program started yesterday with a Literary Walk led by Pakistan Ideological Civilization President Aqib Daniyal. After the walk, ICT Director-General Asim Ayub and Library Division Director-General Muhammad Arshad visited various stalls and interacted with the visitors and library staff.

Speaking on the occasion, Asim Ayub appreciated the efforts to promote the habit of reading. He assured full cooperation to the library department to provide the best possible facilities to the visitors. He also planted a sapling in the premises.

The speakers in the seminar titled ‘Read Your Way’ highlighted the importance of reading.
